Don’t think he’d crack the top100 HWs of all times if I was to make a list.

No. He's an all time pretty good. I'd rank him along side other ATPG's like Tua, Ruddock, Povetkin, Mercer, etc.

Good lord no. Other than the Norton win, he lost virtually every time he stepped up.

He was a highly respected puncher who never developed any skills at his chose profession.

He had an all time great attribute, his power, but was not an all time great. Comparable to Randall Bailey punches hard enough to trouble anyone but not enough to close the show at top level.

Is Earnie an all time great?

From the safety of my computer keyboard i say no he was not.
If being asked that question one to one by Earnie himself, i'd say whatever gawd damn answer he wished me too:ggg

May be there is something in the Alabamian diet that creates awesome punching heavyweights.

No, he competed in a great era though with mixed results. The loss to Quarry really puts a damper on things

who did he ever KO of note? 98% of his KO’s are against nobodies. He didn’t KO any of the upper tier opponents he fought.

He didn´t loose every time he stepped up  And to say he never had any skills:lol::lol::lol:

Clearly not an elite and but he was a good heavyweight in his day. Just because he wasn´t the best, doesn´t mean that he was ****.

No, nowhere near. I'd rank him in the same category as fighters like Brewster, Mercer, Tua et al.

His power was very good though, especially for what would now be a cruiserweight.

He was a very basic puncher, and nothing more.
