    This guy is losing it.

Before last night I thought I was the only one that really noticed, but after last night please someone else tell me they've noticed this:

When Enzo is in the corner screaming at Joe, doesn't Joe have this look on his face like "Shut the **** up dad you're embarrassing me." ??

I don't think I'm buying this bull**** that Enzo Calzaghe is the man responsible for creating the boxing genius that is Joe Calzaghe. Aside from just how STUPID Enzo always acts in the corner, I noticed one thing in particular. Towards the end of the fight when Enzo was yelling "You can knock this man out!" and things like that, at one point someone ELSE in Joe's corner said something along the lines of "Why don't you tell him how to do it instead of yelling?". At this point Enzo shut up, and just stood their drinking from the water bottle (like he was the one fighting! :p) while someone else in the corner tried to explain to Joe that he could catch Hopkins while he was coming in!

Completely agree, he does behave like a total idiot. He drank from the bottle, finished it and they had to look for another one to give Joe something to drink. Comedy.

It was his son fighting and at that point, loosing. I think he was just as stressed out and needed a drink himself.

Well Enzo was obviously stressed out at seeing his boy in real danger of losing for the first time.

Maybe Hopkins' pre-fight comments did touched a nerve too?

Enzo didnt even realise there wasnt water in the dam bottle and then started screaming for a next bottle. The guys an unprofessional idiot and certainly not a trainer of champions. His boy got a gift and even Enzo knew it.

I pretty much think everyone knows that Joe is the fighter he is now due to his own work ethic. He didnt really need his dad, just anyone who would have trained him. I am sure Joe would have showed up no matter who it was.

I think Roach shows who the real tosser is when comments on how "heads elbows and holding is a part of boxing." Your guy can either fight or cheat "roach" which is it to be!!!!!!!!!!!! Enzo is just a hot head that allowed Bhop to get under his skin.

Ecuse me but are heads elbows and holding in the rules of boxing???????

    LOL

They`ve got nothing to do with boxing but lets not get it twisted. This is BOXING NOT kiss chase. Hatton breaks the rules rountinely and uses his head and elbows in order to bully his opponents. This was much the same as Hopkins routine in his earlier fights during the 90`s. I remember his fight with Echols being a foulfest. Now although there not part of the rules of boxing elbows and headbutts happen. For Roach to admit that is merely admitting what is a fact. Its a bit like sayinig low blows are part of boxing. It is because it happens. But there are penalties for doing so which is the diffrence. So i fail to see what the problem is.

Let me tell you something: Joe has all the confidence in the world when he walks back to the corner and feels his daddy's presence. Enzo is very important in the psyichical part.

Other than that, I might suspect Joe feels like this inside himself between rounds:
-Enzo: mmm mmmmm MMMMMM f*cking mm MMMM MMMMMM!
-Joe (to himself): glad you're here daddy, you make me confident...
    -mm mmmmm mmmmmmmm :D
