Is Enzo Mac Done ?

I'd much rather have a good chin and good defense than be able to punch. Many fighter have had great careers based on their defense and chins. I can't think of a fighter that had horrible defense like Enzo Mac and a bad chin that was ever world class. Sooner or later they are always exposed.

 

Not to change topic, but I find it amazing that these guys would be considered big HWs in the classic era of boxing.

Looking at videos of Joe Louis fighting, he is the same size as these fellows. The HWs of that era are all around 200 pounds, give or take a few. A 200 pound man was considered big back then

I'm not a religious man, but I hope to God that Macc retires. For his own wellbeing, the man needs to find something less brutal to do.

Macc also isn't doing Haye's legacy any favors by continuing to get Knocked out so brutally every time he's in with a live dog.

 

I think Enzo's is worse.... it has to be. Although Khan was wobbled with a jab...

i hope he calls it a day after that.. he put up a good fight, and was ahead on the cards, but frenkel landed a left hook from hell.mac doesn't have anything left to prove.he showed a lot of heart to get back in the ring and try his luck at another title, but he must now know that this is the end of the road.

 

Haye was the 2nd person to KO him, after his 1st KO, which was 26 fights later.

Haye mutilated him.

Maccarinelli looked amateurish, amazingly predictable and slow for the first 4 rounds.

Frenkel was landing the cleaner more effective punchers for the first 4 rounds.

 

If I score the 7th round which I really shouldn't then I had it even at 3-3-1.

But considering he was ko'ed in the 7th I had it 3-2-1 Frenkel.

 

I think the people who aren't confident enough in their ability to score a fight/dont know how to score a fight followed skysports' geriatric idiots who have a combined age of about 305 and could probably only see about half a metre in front of them combined.

 

wot d ff is wrong with you lot?!? Your disagreeing on 4-2 or 3-3??! you realise thats ONE round difference in your scoring! So you lot basically scored it vv similar!

Bottom line is Enzo got destroyed. It doesnt matter even if he was 6-0 up!
