Most experts think Morales is only second to Wilfredo Gomez at 122.

well to be honest you have to make a case for greatness and i agree that i have arguello at around 30-40 morales around 70-80. should the gulf be that wide?

arguello three titles in three weight classes considered the man in three of them total of 16 title defenses.

morales four titles in four weight classes 15 title defenses considered the man in three of them undefeated champion for 5 years dominated 122.

in looking at the success arguello had moving up compared to morales who didnt do much after 130.

    #1) 122 Wilfredo Gomez (G.O.A.T)
    #2) 122 Manny Pacquiao
    #3) 122 Eric Morales

122 ~ 1/17 modern boxing history [<~50% when you factor the p4p of other older divisions]

3x17 = highest value assigned to Morales on 122 alone

Achieves outside 122 what balances off the older divisions discrepancy

ERIC Morales ~ #50 p4p ATG in my list

Should be 50-100 in most lists

manny is not #2 at 122. he only has four title defenses at the weight. erik has over 9 defenses at 122 much greater and consistent fighter then manny at 122 and 126.

Lets not forget he was robbed horribly against Diaz for the title at 135
