They have to use them to compete and to deal with the training loads, prevent injury and prolong their careers.

I'm not saying every athlete is juiced to the gills and on something all the time. But the vast majority use drugs during their careers. Everyone's looking for an edge.

I think Spence is just going through a natural change or something and lik I said he's too nice and smiles a lot,it's so good to know that all our sports stars are 100% clean and only Ben Johnson and Lance have ever been guilty of that.
