    I couldn't say if Spence if is dirty, I wouldn't know, I'm not an expert.

    Why do a lot of people on here suspect every fighter is juicing?
    What happened to being given the benefit of the doubt?
    Why can't fighters have good performances without these sort of accusations being thrown at them?

    I'm not naive, I know there is a problem in boxing and many other sports but now it's guilty until proven innocent and the sad thing is these fighters can never be proved innocent, some people will not accept test results and always cast suspicion on certain fighters.

    It could point towards PED's but it depends on how cynical you are. You obviously think most athletes are juicing anyway.

    It is a known sign of PED use but I only mentioned it because I personally know someone who has similar nipples (me and some of his other friends used to joke with him about it). Started at ****rty, never completely went away and it runs in his family apparently. They're also generally lean, athletic and show no other signs of low testosterone. Actually seem like they have quite high testosterone if anything. Not sure how rare this is.
