I can see some idiots here know nothing about boxing. Adrian Broner will be for the surprise of his life against Vicente Escobedo. Vicente comes the boxing gym in Woodland that I started 25 years ago. He walked in that gym, worked hard, learned his craft, and fought his ass off to become the Olympic representative for the United States Of America. A hell of an accomplishment. Vicente has had tremendous success as a pro. Sure he lost to Michael Kasitidis & Robert Guerrero, but he has beaten Rocky Juarez, and a few other top notch boxers. He has sparred numerous rounds with the world's best (Pacquiao, Juan Manuael Marquez, and many more world class fighters and champion) Vicente is solid, has good speed, great power, will fight you inside or outside, and he has that drive and heart to win. He is going to surprise Broner, and in my opinion will beat Broner, and shock the boxing world. And that's not to say that Broner isn't a carbon copy of Floyd Mayweather, but has more power, is super fast, and is confident as hell. The kid has crazy skills all the way around. The only thing he doesn't have is experience against a foe that is bigger, more experienced, well rounded, can fight or box, and wants the title bad. Vicente will have to fight very smart, not fight Broner's style in which he loves to counter guys that come at him, and work that body alot. I'm telling you guys right here and now, Vicente is going to shock this kid when he feels Vicente's power. Broner is being looked at by the boxing world as the next superstar, but you'll see what I mean when the fight takes place in Boner's hometown. You heard the prediction here first! Talk to me when the fight is over.:vonnecunt:vonnecunt:vonnecunt:vonnecunt:vonnecunt:vonnecunt:vonnecunt:vonnecunt:vonnecunt

I watched the Guerroro fight, it was on Skysports cant remember the main event. Yeah it was a clear UD, but Escebedo was definitely not getting rolled over.

I think it will be a tough fight, but in the end Broner should show hes just that level above

Litzau was better but escobedo's chin is better so he'll provide a bigger test. ponce de leon is better but much smaller. all in all a solid test to gauge where he's at

Escobedo is pretty good, coming off some nice wins on Telefutura, He beat Juarez but then again what contender hasn't at this point, pretty close for me. But to answer question no Escobedo is not his biggest test, Ponce was Broners hardest fight, I thought DPDL won. Like a rematch.

I know you know him and all, but this kid is going to get blown out the water. And since when did Escobedo have power??
What top notch fighters has he fought?
His record against "top-notch" fighter is has follows:

    Rocky Juarez - Won
    R. Guerrero - Lost
    Katsidis - Lost
Old man kevin Kelley - Won

He couldn't even outbox Katsidis. Juan Diaz did it with no power. Is Escobedo better than Juan Diaz? I don't think so.

All this kid has is experience, but Broner's skill alone will defeat Escobedo's experience...in losing.

Broner will hurt him with a left hook and then put him to sleep. You're obviously bias because you know him. He's gna get his ****in ass beat.

The fact that you opened and ran a gym with your apparent lack of education is proof of how wonderful the United States is.
