Eubank rushed in completely open like you say & Thompson looked up, completely alarmed, and managed to throw a right hander just in time which smashed Eubank straight in the mush.

Yes, Eubank is in a class of unknockoutables along with Ali. Sure you may knock him down but there isn't a man in history who could ever put Eubank to sleep. Prime Benn, youthful Calzaghe, Big Thompson, too many tried and they all failed.

Eubank for me, the man was strong as an ox. Not many people hit harder than Benn at middle and Chris took them. He proved how good his chin was throughout his career.
Froch's is proven and Naz, although hitting the deck a few times had a quality chin, partly due to his legs, which were huge for his size.
