The real question is how would boxing look if fighters from the former Soviet Union were aloud to fight professionally?

When I think of the classics I know heavyweight champions after Jack Johnson and before Joe Louis all have to be looked at with a suspicious eye, because black guys were not aloud to fight forthe title, which weakens the whole thing. But using that same logic, you have to keep a suspicious eye on all the American Champions of the 20th century as they were not fighting Soviets at all...interesting thought.

Anyway back to the topic, it depends what weight your at, if your a heavyweight there is no point being in America, there are no fights for you, they are all based in Germany. At any other weight though chances are the most money is made in America.

Exactly, and I can think of at least 10 more good European MWs and HWs off the top of my head.

Outside the klits name 1 fighter from that list that would be considered top 15 in the world.

boxing isn't as popular here in the u.s anymore, most people my age (mid 20's) are more into MMA. MMA routinely draws much bigger crowds than boxing here in the states and it's only getting bigger. I don't know if Europe is becoming "the major force" in boxing, but it is doing well.

    You don't?

You should watch all boxing divisions, fighters from all parts of the world, not just the most popular ones.
