This fight is as bad as Pac-Clottey, Pac-Margarito, Pac-Mosley. Shame on Marquez for fighting bums like Pac.

Morales wasn't shot in the 2nd fight. Don't let the idiots who say that he was shot even in his win against Pac fool you. They're just trying to make Pac look as bad as possible.

The third fight, though, was unnecessary. EM was shot and weight-drained.

Erik Morales is shot beyond belief and will get absolutely KTFO by Marquez.

Erik's weight has been fluctuating too much in the past year. This fight has brutal written all over it.

Look at the state of this tragic gimp.

He spends years saying Morales was shot to hell in Pac 2 & 3, and now someone other than Pac is fighting Morales, El Terrible was only "past prime". Transparent, pathetic, biased, hate-filled fanboy ****.

I don't care. Why would I? I'm not Marquez's bank manager. I'm a boxing fan, so I want to see fair, competitive, meaningful fights. I couldn't give a **** what makes who more cash. That's their interest, not mine and not yours.

Pointless fight in my eyes. There is nothing to gain for JMM for this fight. I'd love to see Erik pull the upset though!

I've always preferred Marquez to Morales, but now I hope Morales smashes him. There is literally zero percent chance of that happening though. Marquez by stoppage for certain.

You know Morales had to strip naked to make weight in the FIRST fight & you could see his deterioration in all 3 fights (W12... LTKO10... LKO3... Pac never improved THAT much, it was more to do with Morales decline... Morales will beat both Pacquiao & Mayweathers ass once he beats the **** out of Marquez)

    And what? :huh

I've seen that happen a million times. Oscar De La Hoya had to do it for the Trinidad fight. That doesn't mean anything at all.

So every time that a defeat is avenged with interest, the win is invalid because the result is a decline from the first fight? :huh

This claim also holds no water at all. There have also been a million instances of this which had nothing to do with a fighter declining. It is eminently possible for the beaten fighter to come back with a new dedication, a new determination, a new gameplan and an improved physical state, and turn the tables.

Both were important, but moreso Pacquiao's approach. Morales fought very similarly in the 1st fight and the 2nd, but in the 2nd Pacquiao was the heavier man (Morales was heavier in the 1st), and he fought more intelligently. If you can't see the difference in Pacquiao's approach for yourself, I don't know what to tell you. Pac was wild and wayward in the 1st, he was more measured and poised in the 2nd.

 And then David Diaz will outfox and outbox him for the p4p#1 spot.
