This content is protected His Pro debut ^ Olympic Gold Medalist, World Championship Gold Medalist ( & 2 x Silver medalist). European Gold medalist x 2. Is he already up there with the likes of Hrgovic and Teslenko?
No. He is a very good prospect but lacks REAL knockout power and his defense is also average. But he is young. He just turned 27, he doesn't has to be perfect right now. Let's be clear here: The stoppage vs Ocando was a joke. Fixed bull****, he should start his career with a knockout win to have a 100% ko ratio, would not be surprised if we'll see a couple of bs stoppages where he is involved as he looked like he lacks power, he couldn't hurt Ocando at all. Teslenko is overrated by the way. Hrgovic will face his first real test on Saturday. Amir Mansour is a tough nut, it will be really interesting to see how he deals with that kind of experience.
@f1ght3rz who you got as the best HW prospects then? Tischenko does only have average power, but it's something he can work on. He's ticks most of the boxes in terms of skills. Definitely one to watch.
My Top 5 "prospects": Joyce, Hrgovic, Dychko, Ajagba and Kean. You can probably name Kuzmin also but i don't know. Not impressed at all so far tbh. You can name at least 10-15 names here but most of them will fighting bums for the next 1-2 years so i won't mention them. I expect some bigger fights for the five names above in the near future.
Not yet, but its clear he's a tall man with a difficult style to fight. He needs to add more muscle and power, but he has plenty of time to do so. Could be a top ten talent. Hrgoivc I think is the real deal. Teslenko needs better competition. Looks to be a top 15-30 type of fighter.
