There is another thread going on about lineal title fights, is that what you're referring to? None of the fights you have mentioned were in defence or in challenge to a lineal title, by any criteria. Maybe you should stick with golf. If you want to debate who the greater brother was, start a thread on it. But for now, you're just making yourself look really silly. The only saliemt point to I've made is whether or not to include results when a fighter is past prime, get back to that, or start a thread about K2.
I guess it depends if your definition and criteria for great? To me he has a case for 13-15 ATG HW, even though I place him in the 16-20 range currently 18 I believe so yeah, IMO he is an ATG HW.
How is this even a question? Of course. Maybe if he beat Alex Miteff, the situation would be more clear.
There was cruiserweight in Charles era? As i said he was a heavyweight in his own era. Via the greatness scheme of things this is how he is judged as a heavyweight - what achievements did he have at heavyweight in his own era. He won the title and defended it several times. Sure it wasn't the strongest era but that of course is taken into account when he is rated. Spinks was a light heavyweight but he moved up to heavyweight and beat Holmes. He has a resume there. Chrles has enough achievement at heavyweight to be a top 20 heavy without fail.
Spinks is not ranked at all at hw, he has very few fights, Charles was a lhw in his own era, the fact he was competitive against "the hws" of his era only proves that this era was a joke.
You are completely missing the point Charles. Via your interpretation we need to wipe Charles, Marciano and Dempsey from the history of the heavyweight division.
Yeah, let's completely ignore whole HW history because people decided to make another division between LHW and HW... It's just silly.
I am being realistic my bro. But marciano and Dempsey were naturally bigger than Charles to be fair, look at and compare their frames regardless of the weight. Plus Rocky and Dempsey only fought at hw, Charles was in his prime a lhw
But like them Charles defended the lineal heavyweight crown multiple times. Despite being the GOAT 175 he still had a strong quite long career at Heavyweight.
