Not the same. Tito's wraps never garnard any attention to the point that a major investigation takes place. Never was anything walked away with unlike the Margo camp. His plaster fell to the ground. Tito's was just wrapped with too much GAUZE. thats not the same as cement.

 

not to mention margo is a dumb cheater he didn't even know how to mix the plaster right to make sure it got rock hard.

It wasn't simply too much tape and gauze on the knuckles.

Cheato was making a block of tape over his knuckles, which make someone punch harder obviously, even Cheato's dad admitted to it.
This doesn't mean that Cheato didn't punch hard but he was getting a little extra help there.
And of course this is not the only reason he is called Cheato, there are all the low blows and hits after breaks when the dude's fight is not going his way.
