There are plenty of other fighters who fought at 147 and compiled greater resumes, but he's definitely a great fighter for me, one of the best non-versatile fighters ever, haha
Obviously not. He was well beaten the single solitary time he fought a prime great fighter (Oscar). He never beat any other prime top fighters in that division (and Quartey was available), so of course he isn't an ATG there. A long IBF reign beating mediocre opposition then getting clearly outboxed by the only great fighter you face does not make an ATG - nowhere even close to it, actually.
Quartey backed out of an agreement to fight tito to fight DLH.. tito wouldve Koed quartey easily but DLH saw it and wanted to get him first and he had more money to give.. and tito didnt get outboxed he got outrun by chicken dlh :hat
Seems like you've only seen the last 3 rounds of their bout, since you always bring up the running by DLH, nevermind the FACT, that Oscar was boxing circles around him for the first 8 rounds or so. Typical Boricua.
tito was great were you rate him is a matter of opinion but his resume is solid maruice blooker, undefeated yori boy, obba carr, fernando, reid,an odh he beat joppy ,chireffi, whittaker, pineada, mayorga all champs except pineda,an carr who were both solid in own write he is one of greatest finishers of the last 20 years an def atg ..
