So what's Joe C by comparison? # 150? :huh Tito beat an Old Sweat Pea, who's arguably a top 10 ATG. Joe C beat an old Eubanks. Tito whupped a very higly regarded Yory Boy Campas. Joe's biggest win is highly regarded Kessler. Tito, longest reigning WW champ ever. Joe C? Tied w/ Svenn Ottke...
you have to give me credit i put up interesting polls. My wilfred benitez-james toney poll is a belter 22-21 benitez last time i checked.
dude in all of titos big fights he lost or in the dlh fight it was robbery.... dlh dominated him in his prime... theres a possibility that vargas could have ko'd him if he did get hit in the balls 5 times hopkins dominated him the whole the fight then ko's him an winky dominated him.. so who does that leave.... yori boy campas... who has 11 losses ... an old cocked up sweet pea... an joppy... not an ATG
As I do believe Tito is an ATG cuz I just don't see how he looked that bad in his losses I do not think you can compare 3 losses from a fighter who retired after every fight, last one, what, three years? -to a fighter who has stayed active and fought every possible p4p boxer he possibly could. Tito's three losses are larger than Oscar's five because of his retirements.
DLH has the best resume of recent times. He is the definition of a fighter who fought the best, winning some, losing some, which is rare these days. He is a clear cut ATG.
Yeah, I called Trinidad an ATG and voted for it but when I think of his resume there isn't a lot of comparison's to DLH. I think any great fighter with a list of names like that will definately have some controversies and losses. Give the man credit, he is taking on the #1 P4P champ again though no one thinks he will make it clear him and everyone thinks it is loss #6. Resume padding is definately not a claim anyone can ever through at DLH. I wish some of our modern greats were like this.
Yep. Did good numbers at WW (and pressured DLH enough at the end to make the decision victory not as reprehensible a call as many on the board seem to think). Had a brief, but fantastic stint at 154, and unified part of the division. Won an alphabet title against the number two middleweight in the world at the time at 160lbs. He's not Top 50, but I could slide him into #70-75 without question.
