Is female boxing really that s****y???

Come over next year to "the Golden Girl Box Cup" in Sweden, Europes biggest female boxing tournament. We have almost 100 participants every time and some of them are on their way to the olympics.
Ms Cruz seems to be good, I would like to get her over to our tournament, but she would be in a hard competition.
Someone knows who´s her trainer is? Is she in the national team?
