Depends on who he fights. His next opponent isn't exactly a joke.

He probably will but other fighters have done so only to be beaten further down the line. I suspect Mayweather will surpass it but he will fight on too long for the money and lose to someone he would have beaten one handed in his prime.

hahaha =D It's not like it's a bad thing if he surpasses it. In my opinion he will go down as one of the best fighters ever when it's all said and done.

i honestly think so to man. every fighter seems to cop flack when they are fighting but 5 years in retirement people start to stand back and look at his career as a whole and how great he was

Looks like anyone with 0 losses gets that treatment. Mayweather even got that treatment when he was rumored to be fighting Pacquiao early 2010. "Oh, he scared to death of Mosley and wants to continue his mission to fight smaller men!!! DID YOU SEE HIM STUTTER IN THE MARQUEZ POST FIGHT WHEN MOSLEY CONFRONTED HIM Ahahahaha lulz!!!". As soon as that fight was off, he was ducking Pacquiao and would prefer to fight old men like Mosley. Of course, people(whoever the **** they are/were) will deny saying these comical things now.

He's close and if he continues to fight these Goldenboy fighters, then I don't see why not. He will beat Alvarez, then again in a possible rematch, then Lucas, then Alexander, then Khan. He fought Guerrero so I wouldn't be surprised if he fought those fighters listed either. Can even throw in Maidana in as well if he knocks out Broner. That's 5-6 wins right there. Now if Floyd went against Bradley, now that would be the fight.

what sickens me is when floyd refused to fight Margarito, Cotto when he was on fire, Martinez, and Pacquiao when he was on fire

you can come up with excuses for any of these ducks, but fact remains he could easily have fought them if he was brave enough to. he wasnt

now theres no one left at all who's a threat to him. he waited til these 4 hugely dangerous fights were gone

he reminds me of Calzaghe - talented as hell but too scared of losing his 0

What's wrong with that? Bradley beat Alexander and would beat everyone else mentioned. Bradley and Floyd are both undefeated and skilled fighters. Floyd is still great but is up there with age. Even Roger knows Bradley is good too. Usually Roger disses everyone when asked how would they fair in a fight with Floyd, but when Roger was asked about Bradley, Roger simply said "good fight". Bradley's workrate would help him and it would not be an easy night for Floyd. 50/50 fight but probably would still give it to Floyd barely but wouldn't be surprised by a Bradley W either.

Floyd fought everyone that was in front of him. You can't fight someone if they aren't in front of you. Whoever they put him in with, he beat them convincingly. Boxing is a business, so if one group doesn't get along with another group, then why do business with them. Unfortunately these two groups couldn't get along, so they went their separate ways. Every time Floyd fought someone, he beat them. Can't ask for more than that.
