Is Floyd Jr. deserving to get $15 million purse for the JMM fight?

The hell is Mayweather buying to cake off like that? To be honest, if he really is the biggest draw, it is to see him get ktfo. I like mayweather, but he acts like a kid sometimes.

If some one is willing to pay PBF or any boxer that kind of money more power to them. I can't hate on any boxer who gets paid.

The promotors are the dumb ass ( in this case Golden Boy Promotion) for such an oversight. 18 million purse for this fight? A fight many view as a mismatch since it is to be at 147. No one outside of boxing hardcore cares about this fight.

Can anyone confirm that this fight is at 147? ESPN just did an interview with Golden boy promotion at they are stating 144 is the fight weight. I've read many site that they claim to have an inside scoop but no direct quote from any camp that the fight is at 147.

I'm guessing GBP and HBO will be losing some big money... Isn't it surprising PBF announced his injury when HBO about to start the 24/7 series for PBF-JMM fight? The production and showing of this 24/7 thing cost a lot of money...

If he doesn't deserve that much then JMM wouldn't have agreed/signed and the fight wouldn't be on.

That's another thing... They can't just announced that this fight is at 147 since they get more flak by having JMM jumped 2 full weight divisions... JMM is already heavily disadvantage at 143/144, how much more at 147??

The secrecy about the weight is fishy when it's one of the most important criteria in making a fight... This match-up is really hilarious and it shows in the ticket sales...

No, the way it works is the way you and the likes of you think it works.

Mayweather and his team silently attacked Marquez late at night and beat the living hell out of him only to force him sign the contract.

That's how this fight got signed. :good

I'm guessing you will be more pumped for PBF vs. Mosley than PBF vs. JMM??

IMO PBF doesn't deserved that much money when he's this heavily (4 to 1) favored to win the fight... So much money for a low risk fight...

Not totally PBF's fault tho... Promoters and Team JMM are part of it...

I dont have a problem with whatever Floyd or JMM are making.

The question is with almost $20 million in purses, hows this fight not losing money?

I doubt this fight happens at all.
