A while back I wrote an article about who has the higher IQ between Floyd mayweather and Bernard Hopkins and most people including myself went for Hopkins.
After thinking about it more and seeing Floyd fight a few more times Ive come to the conclusion that Floyd mayweather is actually a genuis Mathematician.

The reason I think this is because I wonder how else for all those 12 rounds always could he be stood in exactly the correct position so that his opponent cant hit him with anything clean.
To be able to do this he must have to work out exactly what angle at which his opponent can throw punches and adjust his stance so they cant throw them and to constantly do this throughout the fight is genuis.
Am I correct in thinking this or am I just talking nonsense??

yes, Floyd is a boxing and a business genius. :good

Floyd's ring/boxing IQ is far superior than Hopkins or Ward ring IQs, period.

lol show of hands whos attempted to do what floyd does in the ring..

out of everything he does i cant even have mild success with, to be honest one of the hardest things iv noticed in his usual bag of tricks is his lead right hand then rolling through

god knows how he does it to professional world class level boxers with such success

Outside the ring he is clearly not in the top 2 percentile to qualify for Mensa membership and be regarded as a genuis.

But inside the ring he is undoubtedly in the top 2 percentile in terms of ring smarts so yes he is a boxing genius.

    Floyd is a genius

Floyd: I cherry pick the easiest fights possible for me and sell it to my *****s: and the funny thing is it sell like hot cakes  :patsch and they think I'm some kind of super hero even ranking me in the top 5 ATG along side SRR. Heck my fans are so dumb that if I feed them **** they'll eat it like ice cream.

    Floyd: Eat my ****.

    *****s: OK

Yeah I'd say so, in the ring he is a genius.

And I think his ring IQ is at least the equal of Hopkins, its just that BHOP has to rely on his more.

Floyd is the genius of cherry picking he says it himself thanks to his advisors he kept his 0
lets look at it like if someone fought 50 women they will keep their 0 but if they were to fight the best o the best they will lose here and their but they didn't cherry pick that's the difference

That's exactly what he does. He knows what punches can hit him and which ones that can't at different distances and angles he's like a computer in the ring. Once he calculates the data on you the fight is over. :dealThat's why it's important to try and get to him in the first few rounds where he can be had. With that said he's so smart I think he knows this and lately he's been starting faster and being more aggressive at the start of fights to throw people off even more.

He's a skilled boxer and gifted athlete, but have you heard him talk? He's not exactly an intellectual giant so genius would be far wide of the mark.

Basically. And that's all that matters. Hopkins is a genius as well in the ring but Floyd has the incredible reflexes too which make him look even better.
