i believe i said a lot not all of the old timers are over rated... and earlier i said mayweather is better than at least 40 of anyones top fighters....

I would give sugar ray the edge all around over mayweather but not in skill specifically

Not really true, its the late 70's to late 80's that i would be really worried about for him at welterweight i can see a multiple of guys beating him,i even see some that would beat him at 140 and 135,at this present moment i dont see him being worthy of top 30,but i guess it would'nt be a strech for some putting him just barely in,if he's top 20 on any lists,i think people really need to evaluate things.

roberto duran i saw on espns top 10 listed at 6...this guy was fun to watch...beat an undefeated ray leonard and then got stopped by him 5months later and went on to lose every other big fight he was in...mayweather beats him....

what makes you think floyd would beat duran? if castillo can give floyd a tough fight, imagine what duran, who is by far superior to castillo, could do.

Its very hard to say that, the Duran in Montreal would have been tough for anyone to beat, and he was a complete animal at 135 and 140,his workrate and presure and him defensive and offensive at the same time would be a huge problem for Floyd the body punching would be a big factor as well.

i'm talking about right now.. he lost twice to vernon forrest at 147, last time I checked Forrest aint fighting.. and he lost to Cotto.

I think Mosley beats cotto at 147 right now..

hagler mayweather beats him same way sugar did and dont say he wasnt prime the man hadnt lost in over 10 yrs

hearns...gives mayweather problems cuz of his height

leonard....gives mayweather problems because of his skills but mayweather i think would win

    pryor...mayweather wins

    chavez...mayweather gives him a clinic

who else...out of all of them i can see him losing to leonard or hearns thats about it
