    He's no Hopkins/Casmayor/Tyson/Saddler but he has his illegal tactics that he uses. Most fighters do.

    Mayweather likes to use the forearm/elbow and also an open glove on his opponents.

    He of course uses some illegal tactics at times but then probably 85 to 95 percent of boxers do
