A think he is afraid. He has a lot more to lose than Manny. If Manny looses so what.He has already had his aura of invincibility shatterd, all ready has losses,he is at the arse end of his career anyway and is clearly on the slide,Many millions love him.Win lose or draw Manny walks in to retirement with a fat purse and still he will be loved.Floyd on the other hand has a lot more to lose than that precious 0.If he gets beat he is gonna look awfully silly. All those years of his explanations of why it didnt happen will now be viewed as excuses. His record will start getting called in to question i.e.The quality of opposition, who else he ducked etc, etc, etc.Lets face it he aint exactly mr popular. If he beats Manny he aint going win over anyone because he will still be the arrogant, undefeated wanker he has allways been.If Mayweather gets beaten though he looks an even bigger wanker.Plus he will lose quite a few fans who love him solely because he is undefeated.Ironic thing is a reckon if Mayweather just had the balls to take the plunge he would beat Manny.

Considering thaat it was Manny Pacquiao who has done everything posible to not fight Floyd Mayweather. The question should be: Is Manny Pacquiao afraid of Floyd Mayweather?

    Larry Holmes:
“Pacquiao did all he can. He did all I would have done. I think Mayweather just got a little too scared if you ask me. If he thinks Pacquiao is taking drugs so what, he should just say: ‘You take it, you kill yourself that isn't going to help you, because with my talent and ability I believe I can still beat you.' But he was scared to take that challenge. If they never fight it won’t be Pacquiao's fault.

    Marvin Hagler:
“Here’s a guy (Mayweather) that wants to dictate to another person and wants to tell you what he wants to do. I think Pacquiao is right……..who are you? If you want to fight, let’s fight. Let’s stop all this nonsense.”
Roy Jones: "Obviously he doesn't, or he would have fought Pacquiao already,"

Like you I think that that's all us reasonable open minded fight fans, be it Mayweather fans or casual fight fans, could rightfully say regarding the proposed yet most popular question in boxing these days, NO.

He has the skills to beat Manny but he just won't fight him.

I think it's a calculated decision and as things stand it's a risk not worth taking from his point of view.

You decide if that means he is afraid or not.

You admitted Floyd is scared but you didn't vote.

I for one doesn't think FLoyd is scared to fight Pacquio. He is just scared of the possibility of losing. "What if I lose?"
