    A 6 round fight that arguably wasn't even against him and even if it was, is an unofficial result.

    nws decisions are no decisions. Without a knockout no decision is rendered and the papers write about the fight saying who they fought won.

    Similar to papers reporting Castillo deserved to beat Floyd.

    Apart from it being true. A newspaper decision is a decision gained from a consensus of newspaper reports. The more reports you find the more representative the decision is.

    It is not an official result.
