Floyd/Hatton at 147 was bigger than Floyd/Hatton at 140 could have ever been.

    I agree.

He’d gained more popularity in the US at that point.

No one is threatened by him child. It's called having a boxing related discussion on a boxing board. Are you simple? Are you too threatened by every fighter you don't love?

Kids like you aren't capable of having a serious discussion. You're all emotion, no brain.

You spoke the truth for once LOL Its hilarious to think of that little dancing, running, cowardly feather fisted clown threatening anyone. Look what he did when he saw a REAL FIGHTER !! standing in front of him smiling ?? He went ballistic & **** himself in fear. Floyd is nothing but a joke today

Which is why he gets some criticism. You can literally do it for every fighter who ever lived. You just have to be fair in your critique.

... So, basically, Floyd Mayweather is better than everyone on this list, right?

    Beat Hernandez.
Beat a previously beaten DLH at 154.
Beat Pacquiao-who beat DLH, Margarito, Mosley, and Cotto- at nearly age 40.
Beat Mosley, who beat DLH 2x and beat the hell out of Margarito.
Beat Cotto, who beat Mosley and an unpadded Margarito.

... Did Margarito beat anyone on this list without cheating? Wait, why is he even on the list?

    Thanks, @Perkin Warbeck . Sorry, @C.J.

    LMAO

Exactly we saw Hatton move up to fight Collazo and he looked terrible. He moved straight back down to 140lbs after that until Mayweather waved the money at him at 147

Yeah true but not all fighters STILL stick around infesting the internet telling people how great they are. YEARS after the dancing fool had a serious fight. Have a look on FB its hilarious everyone is laughing at him & ridiculing him

You can’t claim Mayweather is one of the best let alone the best based on his so called “best wins”:

    -Arguably lost to Castillo 1
-Beat visibly drained Corrales (nobody seems to mention this) who looked like he specifically came to lose.
-Arguably lost to Maidana 1; Khan had a wider win imo despite being hurt on several occasions. Is Khan the GOAT now?
-Canelo; rehydration claused him. Lara already beat Canelo, Trout had a case.
-Pacquiao was old. His best win post Floyd was an inactive Thurman. Pacquiao was a good win for Floyd and that’s about it.
    -Old Shane Mosley
-Old De La Hoya (who for many arguably won)
-Ricky Hatton (looked **** at 147 when he fought Collazo so he went back down to 140. Mayweather then brought him up to 147)

If anyone tells me that these wins , given all the asterisks, qualifies Mayweather as being one of the best , then you have **** poor low standards

People claiming he is top 50 all time are having a laugh too. Look closely into his resume

Luis Collazo was a 5'9" welterweight who rehydrated to about 160. He was a big dude and Hatton himself has said that it was the most physically rough fight of his career.

Floyd wasn't like that; he was a small welter... much smaller than Collazo and essentially the same size as Hatton, who was a weight bully at 140.

How far would he have got without all his "help" he received. That's why he'd never fight abroad Only in Vegas !!! where he knew he was protected. As long as he was standing he couldn't lose. Look at the dark clouds like IV gate hanging over his head. Heck he was caught red handed CHEATING by receiving Saline IV treatment in his own home with no application claiming he was dehydrated even. Even the NSAC tarnished their reputation attempting to clear him with "Mr Mayweather did nothing wrong so we will not investigate this further " ROFL That was the same NSAC that denied Pac his already agreed on Toradol shot at the last minute. Do they really think all boxing fans are that naïve or just plain dumb ???????? I can quite see why they didn't do the right thing& tell the real story Imagine the implications
