Relevant to fans? Of course he is and I assume he will be relevant to fans for YEARS to come because like him or not, he is an ATG and will always be compared to other great fighters.

But is he relevant in the sense that his boxing activity (him actually fighting) means something in boxing right now, no absolutely not. Even if he DID fight again it would be a one-off handpicked fight and his last couple of "fights" have been an embarrassment to the sport.

He would still destroy the human punch bag Amir Khan in 30 seconds.

    He's still relevant to MVC.

The flame MVC carries for Floyd in his heart will never die!

Floyd NEVER LEGITIMATELY beat Manny & he knows it as much as everyone else does. If he'd been half the man Pimp obviously thinks he is he'd have rematched Pac as soon as possible after the IV gate debacle. If he was a man he'd surely have wanted to clear his name. Or try to at least
As it stand today Pac's legacy leaves Floyd's in his dust.
Floyd had the God Given talent to be among the best but he lacked the cojones

Is that the guy who walks up and down the aisles and sells popcorn and drinks to the fans in Section 1, Row 2?

Floyd will be 50 and people on this forum will still demand he come out of retirement and fight whoever the current flavor of the month is

Floyd is irrelevant only cause he chooses to be. If he announced a comeback tomorrow the buzz would be huge.

What about the next year, or the following year etc.? You make it sound as if Floyd will be relevant for a long time to come, he`s in his early 40`s and counting.
