Now Floyd is in his 30s is he the 'same' boxer that fought Castillo/Corrales

Also having been relatively inactive over the last 2 yrs I would argue that Floyd is in danger of appearing a little ring rusty when he fights Hatton. I know he stays in shape but its no substitute for fights

    or am I talking s*#t:nut

yes he is past his prime weight and past his prime reflex age. Floyd's prime was 24-28 imo.

You could be right .....the ODLH fight was a little disapointing ...Hatton can win this one i reckon.....

He's past his prime weight which was 140 IMO. His physical prime was 25-29.

Maybe past his peak, but enough left to wreck Hatton.

No, he's still in his prime he has never been in any wars. Hatton is the one who's a different fighter. He's been hurt to the body and head that is why he holds alot more.

    Slightly.

I'm not sure if Ricky also might not be a tad past his peak.

I don't think the decline has been significant in either fighter, however.

boxing is funny. its like your only as good as your last fight. Floyd beat a dam good oscar. He beat him with his speed and skill. I see no reason for anyone to say he is slower or his reflexes dimished. He is still prime. Is he at the end of his prime? we shall see cause fighters seem to loose alot of speed in their early to mid thirties.

Wait, wtf. Mayweather didn't get touched by Oscar when they got to the corner, but would rather counterpunch well and often. Oscar isn't slow either, even at this stage. In fact, Oscar probably still has faster hands than Hatton. Floyd UD 12

He's not at his best in his current weight.

Floyd's weight was great at 130-140 lbs.

Hattons a decent fighter but not on PBF's level. His two step up fights resulted in pain.

A little bit but he's still really good. If he brings his B game and Ricky brings his A game it could be tough trying to score the winner.
