Definitely past his prime, and more importantly, he seem to be losing his hunger for boxing. Mayweather has earned a tremendous amount of cash over the years ans won all kinds of records and awards. AT this point I believe he is ready very jaded to the sport and if he continues much longer it would be only a matter of time until he is beaten. At the end of his career, you could see how Lennox lewis became jaded to the sport also, which is why he hardly even trained for his last fight with Vitali.
I forget who it was Lewis was supposed to be facing, but Vitali was a late sub at I think a weeks notice. I seem to think it was Kirk Johnson who he was going to fight, which is who I recall Vitali fighting straight after. As for Floyd, I think he is past his best, but he is still great, and it shows how good he is still performing in the weights he fights in, as its against fast fighters alot of the time
