You have seen his father and his uncle. So no, hes not wrong for his way of thinking considering he came from and surrounds himself, with that garbage.

Thank you, I never really got the reasoning that Margo was somehow so much better than Baldomir. What Margo had going for him was his cheating ways and his cheerleaders at M**boxing, who cheerlead for any west coast fighter, and have openly said as much b/c those are the only fighters they have access to.

If someone dissed me on my way up, why would I give him a chance when the roles are reversed?

With that being said, I would love to see Mosley v. Floyd.

Cotto I am to green right now at 140. Mosely's well documented vacation and toothache. Hatton I am also to green at 140 didn't want it. Oscar for a while didn't want it, and when he did it was at 154, Oscar's ring, gloves and terms. Margarito just wasn't good at the time and had no name and also just isn't a good fighter, very over hyped.

Now PBF is cash cow and everyone wants to fight him. A lot easier for Mosely to take a ass whooping for 15 million then it was for 5. In real life when people don't give you the time of day when did it become cool to give them the time of day when you on top. You treat people the same way they treat you thats life.

Thanks for the break down Walkwithme.

I have been thinking and saying some of the the same things.

Nobody wanted to fight Mayweather when he was up and coming. That is a fact, anyone who followed Mayweather as he was coming up knows that. He didn't really blow up until Gatti gave him his chance. And he had to become oh so disrespectful to Gatti in order for him to finally accept that fight.

Gatti gave Mayweather his exposure and he owes Gatti RIP a lot for his PPV fame. Anyone who says that he ducked Tszyu obviously didn't start following Mayweather until after he reach PPV status by fighting Gatti.

At the same time. If really was looking to avoid fighters because people fought him then that makes him just as bad as them. But I really don't believe Mayweather had any type of game plan to duck any opponent. He either really thought he was fighting the better opponent. Or the money was to good to pass up or both. But I don't believe there was any time when PBF purposely decided to avoid a fighter because he was scared of losing to him. Even not fighting Mosley isn't based off fear of him. More so to see what all his options are and to see what is the biggest payday. Also he didn't feel he would get much credit for defeating the 38yr old Mosley now and decided to take on the number 2 P4P fighter as he was recognized as better then Mosley.
