Is Floyd seriously counter-suing Pacquiao?

nice excuse, convenient way of putting it. you're trying to make it like it's all about floyd and the fans. pac could have taken the tests just to prove that he's clean even without floyd. that would have shut everybody up. he's guilty that's why he doesn't take any random tests.

If testing is NOT an issue you show the world that you are willing to test,all that does is show that its Mayweather fault the fight isn't happening.

How in the **** would people say he ducked Mayweather if Pac is happily taking the test...Floyd claims the fight isn't happening bc of testing..you take the tst,shut up Floyd. See how that works??

Or look at it this way,after his win over Cotto Floyd is talking to Larry saying "take the test"

Pac shows up on 24/7 showing he is indeed using VADA or USADA. Put the ball back in floyd court,and shuts up all this steroid talk.


How can anyone come to the conclusion Pac is ducking because he took extra testing?? Not even the biggest ***** in the world would say some **** like that.

 

Think about that for a second. You *****s say the first fight didn't happen because Pac wouldn't agree to "OSDT". If Pac turned around and took the "OSDT" test after that point without the commission making him do so then *****s would be all over that ****.

Anyway, why do you guys bring up testing anyway? Pac already agreed to it. Unfortunately, Floyd found another road block to prevent the fight from happening (as I, and many none *****s predicted he would :deal)

 

Right on the money. All the time I though the problem was Pacman won't take the $40M offer and Floyd turned down the 50/50 split.

But then these moronic *****s keep bringing up this "Won't take the test" ****.

 

Floyd doesnt undergo olympic testing.

Thats out of competition, anywhere, anytime 365 days a year.

Bull****. If Mayweather is still saying testing is an issue,but Pac go on to take it in other fights to prove he's clean,who wins from that?? And I understand what your saying,but there's a whole in your arguement.

If Pac said no to OSDT to Floyd because of whatever reasons, and then went on to do them while still saying NO to Floyd...then you may have a point.

But some time has passed from that point,and apparently he is saying yes now. If he has really agreed to testing,he loses nothing from taking them against other opponents.

And honestly I'm not on the Manny took PEDs train,but if he still hasn't took proper testing I do have one foot on it. I just want him to take the test,and end all this nonsense. And like I said in my first post,agreeing and doing is not the same.

Fair enough, sticking to the subject. Manny COULD take the testing needed, but he doesn't have to. Fact is, Manny doesn't HAVE to do anything other than what the commission asks of him. Of course, in the eyes of the public, it would be better for him but hey, that's his decision not mine. Pac has never tested for any substance EVER. That will be good enough for the court to prove he is clean, and as long as he passes any test the court might require. And yeah, he may not have lost any money throughout all this, but his name has been soiled by Mayweather. Mayweather continues to do it to this day (after Pac has agreed to his testing). I'm thinking Mayweather will end up paying Pac a hefty amount. We'll have to wait and see though.

 

Your right, he doesn't have to do anything outside of the commission. And that's all I'm saying,in the public eye he would shut up a lot of people he did the testing without Mayweather.

As for the legal situation. I still don't understnd what Floyd is counter-suing for,just have to wait for the details. As for Pac winning,I'm not sure,this thing has been going on for some time and nothing has came from it,I don't know much about the legal system so ill leave that to the gurus,but yeah will be interesting to see what happens.

 

Damn, ppl still arguing over testing. If boxers not undergoing random blood testing is so troubling, which is the case for 99.99% of all fighters, boycott every fight without it, instead of constantly hating on one man for it which won't make any difference. Easy solution, and maybe threads around here will get back to boxing
