Floyd already beat Pac in fantasy matchups. Floyd fans already fantasized that Floyd would beat him. For them, it is completely illogical for Floyd to lose. So now tell me, is there a need for Floyd to fight Pac?

But Floyd can earn that much money fighting lesser threats. Why would he risk getting KTFO? :hey

Not hating on floyd or anything(Full respect of skills), but I think he's scared..
when did he come out of retirement again :huh

At the end of the day it would be stupid of floyd to wait for pacquiao and hope he detirorates more??

Floyd is older, and If I was floyd I'd fight pac at my prime , not when I may possibly be slower or hav slower reflexes and fight a guy who was the last fighter of the decade. :nono

Hope the fight happens at the end of the year :bbb

Somebody gonna get hurt real bad

Quite possible. I'm pretty sure that if he beats Mosley but somehow (I don't see it how) take a beating in the process Floyd will come back from retirement.

Floyd fans say no, Pac fans say yes.

Let me ask this, has Floyd slowed down himself? Freddie Roach said he has 'lost' his legs. So you need to look at both angles before you point the finger at Floyd.

He hasn't lost his legs, he fought Judah the same way, that's how he fights opponents whose punches are fast enough that he can't just put his hands down and dodge them.

Floyd is older but Pac is by far the one more tattered by wars. Furthermore, look at FMS. Crack, sarchoidosis and around 60 years on his back and the guy still has the body of a 20 yr old, AND speed (you can see him goofing around throwing punches in 24 7 and an Elie Seckbach video).

Not saying waiting for Pac to age is his strategy, just saying time may be his friend.

personally i don't think he's slowed down because I've seen him fight like that before Floyd looked like he wanted to prove he could stand there and win because everyone was saying the only way he could win is by hitting an moving

a bit like khan vs maidana if khan would have used his legs more it probably would have been a much easier fight but he had a prove to prove because people were saying the only way he could win was moving and not getting touched you see the pattern

and yes i no khans like 10 yr younger don't tell me like i don't no but a fighter being in his 30's is not as decremental as it once was athletes has a whole are prolonging there careers at a higher level for longer due to fitness breakthroughs etc :D

I havent really noticed the effects of his wars , I mean morales, marquez & barerra where WARS. But its been a while since those fights. Margarito hurt him, but only briefly. I only saw less stamina and a lil less speed in that fight.

Fair point on fms , to be in good shape @ 60 is pretty good. But Symptoms of a-side meff abuse is looking fit & goofing round alot :nut

Jokes aside, If they fight this year. They will b both near their prime, Heres hoping for the fight of this era:good

Well, I'm talking about future wars, of course, I don't imagine that kind of damage sits dormant for years and Floyd is waiting for it to take effect... well, actually, who knows, but yeah, I was referring to future fights Pac might have.

I can't say for sure. Maybe, maybe not. What I can say for sure is that he's afraid to lose his zero. It makes sense business wise.
