Pacs ring age is older then floyds, mayweather has taken very little punishment. Or are you saying mayweather is better then ali because at mayweather ali was passed thrilla in manilla and really done.

You guys are pathetic tards. Plain and simple. It's always a catch 22 when dealing with Floyd. Manny always gets busted up and caught in fights. Even Ricky stunned Manny momentarily with a right hand shot. Oscar in the first round stunned Manny with a body shot. So it's fair to say he's a vulnerable fighter. So what you guys are doing now because youre afraid of the inevitable is already working towards discrediting Floyd whooping that ass. This is another pre made excuse thread. So if the fight is competitive then Manny is becoming a shot fighter so when Floyd beats him he was cherry picking again. This is the message I'm getting from you haters. Allow me to go ******* for a minute......

Manny is a fearless warrior who fights for the good and well being of boxing. He's the #1 P4P champion in 8 different weight classes and is the FOTD. His legacy dwarfs Floyd and he's a better fighter. How's my *******?:roflHow the **** are you guys already making excuses. Where's the confidence going. You sense it all coming to a end don't you idiots. You know Floyd isn't scared and you know the fight gets made and you know that Floyd exposes Manny and all the hype surrounding him. So what to do. Time to get your stories straight and start working on discrediting Floyd.

How about this. Manny has cherry picked his opposition since JMM2. He hasn't really been in a risky fight. It's easy to look good against declining competition. He has yet to face an opponent with speed and slick technical skill. He is mostly effective when his opponent is throwing windmills with him. He's a hype job period. It's a story thats refreshing from the dominant black athlete replaced with a asian sensation. The smaller man overcoming all fixed odds. But sadly the man doesn't garner as much sells and money as Floyd who is still the favorite to win right now as we speak.

Bottom line is Floyd is older and less active. Being less active makes your game start to wither away. Floyd isn't preserving himself not doing his profession. Stop with the lame ass excuses and don't jump from the ship you know is going to sink. Manny's the best so stick with that even though you guys know Floyd is levels better than your gung ho brawler slash checker player who isn't ready for the chessmaster Floyd.:-:)verysad:nono:bart

Pacquiao's a flat out liar. He just spouts out PR to keep chumps like you buying his PPVS.

He "wanted Margarito when he was at the top" but fought Hatton instead. Yeah man, that's believable.

Pacquiao wouldn't fight Mosely when he was at the top. Fought Cotto instead.

Face it. Pacquiao's got a long history of ducking the legit guy, and taking the guy coming off a beating instead

    Man, that's just not true.

Name me any reflex fighter who's ever done anything but lose over the age of 34?

Jones, Whittaker etc etc were horrible around Floyd's age.

Brawlers can go on longers than speed guys.

Man, the simple truth is, neither of these guys have been willing to make the big concession to get the fight done.

Either guy could have had it, if they'd made the big move. Neither has. So no fans can blame the other guy.

If Manny would have accepted full random testing he'd have had it. That's his own fault

If Floyd would have accepted a 7 day cut off, he'd have had it. That's his own fault

I think fans should just start accepting the fact that I really doubt either of these guys is in a rush to make this fight happen.

As for the actual topic, Floyd's 34 and inactive, and is destroyed by injurys.

He'd be even better if he was as healthy as Pacquiao. He's got to the top despite having chronic back, shoulder and hand problems.

Anyone realise the guys not even allowed to lift weights? He is medically not allowed to pump iron.

That's why he HAS to train every single day, and stay in prime shape. As he just isn't able to add the muscle and lose the weight quickly, as he's not allowed to train like other fighters.

I read once, that because he's now allowed to lift weights, he has to do 500 chin ups a day to keep his arms in condition!? 5 sets of 100.

Man, as I said, Floyd isn't doing himself any favours by delaying.

Look at Roy Jones and Pernell Whittaker - similar style fighters - they went from hero to zero at about 33-34

We should judge that based on his performance in fights, he looked great vs mosley so its safe toa ssume his reflexes are still there. but the longer he waits or pacquiao the chance of a shot version increases. Thats why the fight should have happened this year.

are you an idiot? pac-hatton was the biggest fight back then and people thinks pacquiao wanting margo is just crazy talk of pacquiao. even roach asked pac if he really wants margo. the point here is pac thinks he can beat margo way beack then when people thinks it is a mismatch in favor of the bigger guy. only idiots like you who doesn't know the timeline of events thinks that pac ducked margo because of he fought hatton.

and if we had known that pac is gonna be a force at welter, why didn't he just went straight to welter after jmm? people are loosing their sense of timeline here because of hindsight. just a few years ago people are even sayng that pac will not carry his power into 135 and will be smashed by juan diaz. now you guys thinks he ducked margo just because he chose hatton?

I agree, but he'll have to change his style of fighting in my opinion if he wants to go on like a B-Hop

Aint a fighter in the history of boxing who's fought with a shoulder roll/reflex style, who's carried on winning past 34.

    I agree.

My point was, brawlers skills take a long time to go. They slowly decline.

Reflex guys, they can go from PFP 1 to a nobody in 6 months. They just lose everything.

Man, the fact that you know nothing about boxing aint my problem.

Hatton got destroyed by Floyd, and then got destroyed again in his comeback fight. His fans wanted him to retire then and then. Hatton was a horrible fighter at that time.

Saying you "want someone" and not fighting them means nothing. Unless you fight them, you don't want them. As you did nothing to make the fight.

Facing Hatton, Oscar, Clottey, Margarito isn't taking the best fights available at the time.

A mixture of money fights, and hand picks

    I aint confused at all.

Pacquiao refused to fight Marquez after his controversial win. The entire planet wanted a rematch. Biggest fight in boxing. He fought David Diaz instead.

Hatton was shot. Finished. Not only was he destroyed by Mayweather, but he was struggling with journeymen like Lazcano. He was only number 1, as he just hadn't fought any of the best guys at 140.

He turned down Mosely after he destroyed Margarito. Again, that was the biggest fight in boxing at the time.

Now he's fighting Margarito? After he felt Mosely wasn't a big enough fight?

Come up with all the excuses you want.

Manny's picked and chosen who he's faced,
