    He's a great trainer first and foremost.

    Khan from before Roach wouldn't have beaten Kotelnik IMO.

    I'll tell you why he is a great trainer.

    He focusses on the fundamentals.

    True, if you give Roach a physical specimen to work with early on in their career he's more than likely going to transform them into something special.

    Just imagine what he would have done for a fighter like Zab Judah.

    You do realize that he trained both Toney and Hopkins at some point don't you?

    The guy has a wealth of knowledge. Of course he's a good trainer. What kinda stupid ass question is this?

    IMO Roach is the greatest trainer of this era. By a fair margin. Steward 2nd best.
