Kessler has looked like an old man for some time now, but come saturday you will once again so the true force of the Viking Warrior... Back i the days he was called Mikkel "The Hitman" Kessler. The Hitman has a job that needs to be done.:bbb
There is only one "Hitman" in boxing history and his name wasn't Ricky Hatton, it was Tommy Hearns. Froch is going to knock Kessler out.
Now: 1. Ward 2. Froch 3. Bute If Froch wins: 1. Froch 2. Ward 3. Bute If Kessler wins: 1. Ward 2. Kessler 3. Froch
I would rate Froch as the #1 SMW at the moment based on who he has beaten. Butes big SMW wins are against Bika, Berrio, Andrade and Miranda Wards big SMW wins are against Miranda and Kessler (rated #1 when beaten) with A Green next. Frochs big SMW wins are against Pascal (undefeated now WBC LHW champ), Taylor (away), Dirrell (undefeated) and after beating B Magee he has gone on to win the European belt, with Kessler next (away) So at this time based on overall results id rate (personally) Froch as #1, but if he loses to Kessler that would all change
Funny thing is: That if Kessler wins against Froch and Green wins against Ward, Bute becomes number 1. by default?
Looks to me like your more of a fan of me than I'am of Dirrell. Like, what would make you go and quote somebody else's response that has nothing to do with me, than mention me in it? Get a life, dude.
Cant call a guy number 1 if beats a guy coming off a loss when there is already 2 other guys who are touted as being 1
As much as I hope froch gets his head knocked off, I have to admit if he beats kessler then he def. Should be considered number 1. He's not the most skilled but he definitly has guts. Pascal, taylor, dirrell, kessler!! That would be an impressive list, even though I think he should have gotten a draw at best with dirrell. It was a close fight though. I guess he gets the benefit of the doubt since he is the champ.
Yes if they are really really close, Kessler away is still a great win, and would IMO bring the No. 1 spot to Froch. Based on overall resume.
Why does it matter if Froch does beat Kessler? Its not like Kessler was ever that good in the first place, and everyone knows Froch is a brutal KO waiting to happen, if he doesnt get smoked against Kessler or Abraham, he's going to lose to Ward or Dirrell in a rematch. Everyone knows Froch is a fraud. WHo is only in this position because he got a lucky KO against a shot punchy middleweight and got a gift decision in his own town of shittyham against a prospect. Honestly, Froch will never get respect because he's an embarrassment to boxing. Nobody wants to point to Froch and say he's the best. :thumbsup
