Is Fury our toughest boxer?

I'd take pulev, wvlad, chisora, haye, povetkin, wilder, arreola, Thompson all ahead of Cunningham just off the top of my head.
I like fury and honestly believe he'll fight anyone. He's definitely up there as a title contender but if he fights one of the top boys he loses for me.

toughness is what you see in Froch, what Hatton showed, what Collins Benn & Eubank showed repeatedly and numerous others.

Fury is a 6'9" 18-19st man, who DEPENDS on his Height, REACH and strength to insure him the victory. Very, Very hard to get close to a Big, Big fighter.
