Both Usyk & Fury are taking banned substances right now. It's called a therapeutic use exemption which is easy to get when you've had surgerys and have shot joints. Haye was most roided after he came off a legit injury which is no co-incidence.

Everyone knows boxing is dirty because anyone with a doctor which is every boxer knows it's not hard to take banned substances

Fury has held every belt in boxing

Who has Usyk beat for his belts? A bodybuilder?

Fury is going to pummel this man back down 7 weight divisions till he starts stammering "Depends on my promoter Bab Arum"

    Fury's favored to beat Usyk.

Fury's already said he has no interest in the other org's belts and will vacate the IBF, WBA and WBO belts (probably before the IBF has the chance to strip him).

If Fury wins like he's expected to, and starts vacating belts within hours or days of the Usyk fight:

    * Zhang will immediately get elevated to full WBO champion.

    * Charr will inmmediately get elevated to full WBA champion.

    * The IBF will have to wait months until they can schedule and hold a vacant title fight for the IBF belt between Hrgovic and TBA.

    * And Fury and Usyk will announce their rematch for the WBC belt.

By March, there will likely be three guys with alphabet belts ... Fury, Charr and Zhang ... with the IBF strap yet to be decided.

The only REAL question is who will be the first 'belt counter' on this board to claim that Charr and Zhang have just as much of a claim to the World Heavyweight title as Fury does because they each have one belt?

 (Belt counters are so predictable.)

Tyson Fury is the World Heavyweight Champion.

If Usyk wins their upcoming fight, he'll be the World Heavyweight champ.

If Usyk doesn't, maybe he will in the rematch. If he does, even it's just for 'one' belt, he's the World Heavyweight Champion.

If Usyk doesn't, then the next guy up against Fury will get the next chance.

The other "interim" and "regular" champs who get elevated, and the vacant title fights held, may all be fun, but they have no bearing on who the World Heavyweight Champion is.

That person is Tyson Fury, until someone knocks him off and becomes the next World Heavyweight Champ.

It's very easy to follow if you just ignore the dolts outside the ring from the ratings orgs who insist you only listen to them.

You just gonna skip over the fact Fury retired after beating Wlad and the 2-3 years that followed?

He says it didn't count because no one took it serious.

Yes. Yes, he is. And the failed drug tests.

The fight in February is between one guy who for the last year has refused to fight a legitimately ranked opponent and just got a controversial SD against a debutant, and another guy who has beaten one top 10 heavyweight (albeit twice).

It would have been nice if both of them had defended their title a couple times against worthy contenders in 2023, but it is what it is. They both preferred to sit on their titles and wait for "undisputed". But "undisputed" of what exactly? They'll be "the Heavyweight Champion" sure, but their lack of effort in clearing up their own era (Zhang is older than both of them) let alone the division (Hrgovic is still waiting...) makes them closer to a Briggs than a Lewis.

    but, but, but:chupi: "UnDiSpUtEd" :ole:

Lennox Lewis was the last undisputed world heavyweight champion, a distinction he technically lost when he was unceremoniously stripped by the WBA in what I view as a shady alphabet move.

Usyk is the undisputed champ. Fury lost to an MMA clown. He’s a joke.
