Canelo is far better and doesn`t have to lean on fighters and grab them in head locks to wear them down.

He said heavyweight division and Canelo doesn't seem too much of an inside fighter either.

In the heavyweights I reckon it's between him, Chisora and Whyte. Since he's succeeded with it at the highest level I guess Fury is the best option.

He's got the best uppercut, a real sneak uppercut. He doesn't need any space to throw it, just snaps it in when up against his opponent, quick, snappy, vicious.

At heavyweight, I'd say yes. Not just offensively but defensively too. We've all seen him in the corner slipping shots with his opponent right in his face, we've seen him smother guys with his size on the inside and then manipulate his opponent to create space for his punches like the uppercut.

After him I'd say Andy Ruiz Jr is next best inside, put AJ on his ass and then Chisora 3rd.

AJ is probably the next best due to his size, uppercut and combinations up close, not many force Takam onto the back foot. Whenever he and Takam exchanged inside, Takam came off 2nd best, usually eating a short left hook.

Yes. Clinching, grappling, wrestling etc. He mauls everyone inside at HW division.

Ruiz Jr. and Chisora are other good fighters inside. AJ is overrated, he gets outbrawled all of them.

Canelo has an amazing counter hook which is an inside punch, Fury doesn`t land many hooks and when he does he usually lands them with an open palm.

Ruiz has faster combos on the inside.

Since when is a counter hook exclusively an inside punch? A counter hook can be hit from the outside too, there are countless examples of that.

All Whyte has to do is clean up the uppercut defense inside eh?

Some people have no idea the difference between being at mid range and being inside.

Btw I think Ruiz had a bit better counter punching than Usyk.
While yeah, leg lazy and lazy lad for sure.
