is Fury vs. Usyk the biggest fight of the 21st century?

Not going to read it seeing how you got me wrong - it was intended for the other guy, you can see the quotation marks in my post.

By the way, Fury is 6'9. :D

    That is pretty harsh.
He clearly meant the FOTC so far.
It is not dumb at all to be excited about an event-nor to honestly solicit opinions about what folks find to be the Greatest...Seems he is open-minded & humble.

If that is "stupid", you should smear all good-natured considerations of who is better or the best & basically much of healthy sports talk & intellectual consideration as such.

That is not fair or completely rational.
    Please reconsider the negative assessment.

May-Pac was far bigger. I was working in a hotel in 2015 and dozens of people who didn't give the faintest **** about boxing were talking about it Sunday morning. On a whole different level of cultural impact. idc if the Saudi's overpay for Fury-Usyk, May-Pac was probably the closest I'll ever get to Fight of the Century hype levels. The only other fights I remember that broke through like this (outside of your Froch-Groves 2 and AJ-Klit) were Bhop-Trinidad and Lewis-Tyson

Tyson Fury is the Kim Kardasian of boxing. Except she has a better butt (silicone nothwithstanding).

I'll pay ANY even semi-reasonable amount to watch it. I know that much. So, that is a yes from me. In my opinion, this would be THE fight of the young century to date.

No and Usyk is super overrated. I think a competent heavyweight will smash him.

A competent heavyweight is one that has not been KOed by a fat beluga like Ruiz. I think Tyson Fury wins this hands down.

As to what is then the biggest fight of the 21st century I hope that someone remembers Gatti-Ward took place during the 21st century. Usyk-Fury is a matchup between a former cruiserweight and a real heavyweight, it falls below a tons of other fights. In terms of money, popularity or matchup, Usyk - Fury is not a top fight and the result will not please many people.

I wouldn't go as far to say no one in the US cares. I do, but the masses over don't. Too bad, should be a good fight.

By the way, does Usyk have a trainer? Or does he train by himself?
