His defense might've been flawed in the past although he barely got hit lately, but you can't deny that Yuriorkis Gamboa's offensive skills are exquisite. He puts punches together with speed and deadly precision and has great movement and athletic abilities, so his combos come together very naturally. He might be the most fluid puncher in the game today, and he cartainly looked like the Gamboa we expected to be in the past, but needed some tough fights and hard work to get to this point. He certainly looked like the total package on Saturday.

The 2nd round was insane. Gamboa just couldn't miss, the round reminded me of Jones vs. Richard Hall. Mtagwa is an extremely durable fighter, but his head was ****ing speedbag.

I'd say Paul Williams and Dawson are, at least, as fluid punchers.

I remember watching that on FNF and just going crazy with the ferocity of that punch and the way he fell.

Linares is smoother and more fluid, but Gamboa is quicker and gets more pop on his punches.

Hes very fast and accurate but his hands are always down, he could get caught easy in an exchange with a top level fighter, all these fluid shots are landed against low level opponents.
