Is Gamboa the most overrated fighter of all time?

    I have seen probably 3 of this guys fights which says a lot. I have never been even remotely impressed by this guy. It seems like he always gets knocked down, fights opponents I've never heard of, and I've heard of most fighters, and always looks sloppy. When he actually fights some who is really good, he won't win. I'm tired of this guy fighting random no named opponents who are "suppose to be good" because they beat random unknown people in south america.

    He has literally nothing that impresses me. I guess some people are impressed because he ko'd all of his no name opponets, but all I gather from him is that he has no chin, and when he finally fights someone decent he will get owned.

    Yea.. He's kinda like Panchito BOjado.. All flashy but he's going to get ***** made once he steps up to someone with a heartbeat.

    Just because you are obsessed with him doesn't mean normal people should have seen his fights outside of showtime or hbo. And any normal person who saw his normally televised fights can only come to the conclusion that he sucks and his competition is pathetic.

    seriously why do you like Gamboa? He has no traits that make me want to like him or think he can actually be good in the future.

    I am not impressed with this guy, he's got great technique very nice fighting style but.... I am not a fan of his fights


    he would probably beat Lopez and so what?nothing

    No Jeff Lacy and Kelly Pavlik are the most overrated fighters. At least at the time I´ve been a boxing fan.
