What HOF is that exactly? Because he's not in the IBHOF! Might get inducted someday though

Genaro is a top 10 130 pounder. Not an ATG.

Generally people tend to think there are around 50 ATG's throughout boxing history. That's the number I always hear thrown around and usually accepted.

If that is the case, no, Genaro Hernandez is not an ATG. Neither is Oscar de la Hoya. Neither is Marco Antonio Barrera. Neither is Miguel Cotto. Neither is Shane Mosley. Neither is Erik Morales. Neither is Diego Corrales... The agenda here is so thick and obvious.

Your answer is: NO, MAYWEATHER OR PACQUIAO HAVE NEVER BEATEN A PRIME ATG. AND THEY NEVER WILL BECAUSE THERE ARE NONE OUT THERE AT THE MOMENT, CERTAINLY NONE AT WELTERWEIGHT. Many fellow ATG's never beat a prime ATG. Move on.

Barrera was not eligible, retired in 11. But for sure he'll be first ballot unlike Hernandez who'll probably not make it into the Ibhof
