Is Gene Tunney underrated on P4P and LHW lists?

underrated ? why ? because he was schooled by a smaller Harry Greb ? or because he was KO'd by a not much bigger Dempsey ? or was it because he was the first man in 7 consecutive fights Tommy Gavigan succeeded not to lose to ? or is it because he was the only man whom KO Jaffe succeeded not to lose to in his first 12 fights ? What a shot Sam Langford would have done to him is left for your wild fantasies only .. because he was smart enough not to engage him , wasn't he ?
