I should clarify: Not to be an elite puncher, no. The question I was considering was more like whether a Foreman arm punch would be hard enough by professional standards to still do reasonable damage. Remember that he's in an era where credible heavyweight opponents can still scale under 190 pounds, and Foreman himself is abnormally hard punching by all time standards.

    I don’t think so personally.
To me it doesn’t sound reasonable.

I would also like to add for the record it's biologically impossible to throw a pure "arm punch" that has literally no hip involvement.

If you tried it, that would be a slap. There would be no force. It's like claiming you can kick without using the knee.

For the love of God lmao you’re a sore loser. I know what I said but I can’t help myself it’s too easy.

By pure arm puncher it’s meant as someone who just throws arm punches.

An arm punch is when you throw from the top down as I’ve said a thousand times to you.

It’s like you want to lose all credibility.

God damn Glass do you think you’ll have the heart or the chin to continue after the licking you took today?

So it's the argument about definition and when @Glass City Cobra provided his definition, it got ignored. How is it possible to have an honest discussion when one side doesn't want to understand the other one? Discussions aren't about "winning"...
