Is Germany the home of boxing?

Fighters get very good money in Germany.....That is why Americans opponents like fighting there. They all say the nice words, they like Germany....they do, it pays well and they'd like to come back and make more good solid money.

Some Itilian won a "world" title in Germany and no one in Italy knew or cared. He defended his title and lost in Germany...best money he could get.

Great Britian is the biggest....France has more ground roots than Germany...Germany because of Kohl and Saurland, have the most Champs...mostly from the old East blocks. They know German TV pays very well indeed.

A Good Champ should get E-1-2,000,000 ($1.3-2.5) a fight. Depending on the weight.

A signed fighter gets better housing, and clean modern up to date gyms with both Kohl and Saurland and good solid coaching....a proper skill building, and not a King type after a quick buck, bringing a figther to soon into deep water.

Besides which there are all those hot, wild German women....:happy

 

German crowds can hold their own but obviously need one of their own to cheer after. I recall they were pretty loud when Ulrich was fighting with Adamek. And German soccer fans are pretty good as well. As it stands, Germans have had watch immigrant fighters like Klit bros , Abraham, and Michalczewski dominating the German boxing scene. In terms of the number of big fights and organization Germany is the second home of boxing right after the US, with Britain in a distant third.

I cannot imagine the world of boxing without Germany. Audience reacts in a different way. People are not the same everywhere. You compare it with your experience in your country.
