gatti wasnt as good a fighter as Penalosa and he got in, and they dont just base it on acomplishments anyway
For my money, he is. Whatta sweet fighter. Not a colorful personality, but every fighter 'n trainer in a gym would stop what they were doin' to watch him spar.
well who did gatti beat that should put him into the hall of fame? I think he got in more based on his heart and the great fights he was in
Yeah, Lopez who was at least two weight classes too big for Penalosa, broke records for throwing-and landing-power punches but still couldnt put a very much past his best Penalosa down.
:rofl:nut Do you realise the criteria to be H.O.F worthy? Retired for 5 years, so hense have you got a time machine? Are you like in 2013 or something?? Gatti is not in there not possible yet. atsch:roll:
atsch damn it stupid comment from me i forgot he retired in 2007, but wasnt there a lot of talk about him being inducted? Plus there has been fighters who were inducted who hardly deserved to be in more than Penalosa
