    He was too tough for his own good in that fight, it wasnt human that he was able to take those shots.

    Uh, Gatti is NOT in. He's not even eligible for a number of years.

    And sure, some transformative figures have gotten in because of other accomplishments, but it's not like Penalosa has those qualities either.

    He's not even close.
