    That first Canelo fight MUST be counted as a win. He was cocncenus winner

    It's not a popularity contest. The result was fair and very representative of what happened in the ring. There's an argument that Canelo won, there's an argument that GGG won. But it was not a convincing win for either fighter, so a draw was the perfect result. It led to a scintillating rematch that elevated Canelo into super stardom.

    The first match's high level of competitiveness elevated both fighters and cemented both GGG and Canelo as ATGs in my mind.

    Everyone knows it was a real win & so was the second. Every poll Ive seen had GGG winning both 80% draw 10% Canelo got 10% from his ever faithful groupies
