Is GGG cursed?

    This is a theory. Kind of out there but lets have some fun with it.

    GGG has NEVER EVER thanked God for anything.
    Either he is an atheist or very private about his religious beliefs.
    Regardless, by not giving God any credit, look at his career.

    Obviously, the guy has accomplished more in his life as a boxer than many of us will achieve in our lives. He made 2 million against Lemiuex, 1.5 million against Monroe, I think a million vs Murray.

    BUT. Based on his talent, and many boxing enthusiasts believe the man is VERY talented, his career is not even near where it should be. Screwed in the olympics as he was robbed of the gold. Got really screwed by universum in Germany. And now hes getting screwed by the governing bodies. The guy cant a big fight, period.

    Maybe a shout out to the almighty can turn his fortunes around.

    Yeah he's really cursed, he's beaten everyone he's faced and KO'd his last 20 opponents, all the while the majority of everyone in the vicinity of the MW division is terrified to step in the ring with him.

    GGG is perfectly fine, actually he's great. He has major endorsements too. He's a multi millionaire that never has to work a second of his life.

    He loves boxing so much, it's not (work) if you love doing something. Man, I wish I could get screwed 1/1000th as much as him

    Hey, I mentioned in the original post that the dude made more in the last year than I'll make in my lifetime lol. Im just saying, based on his talent, its a shame he cant get a quality fight.

    Just a theory guys. I am a religious man for the record.

    Uhm, just to kinda blow your argument out of the water... He's thanked God frequently in the build up to the Lemieux fight. Pretty sure he did it in almost every press conference they had.

    Actually I've never heard him ever thank God a single time. I'd like for someone to prove otherwise.

    I mean, he's not going to go out preaching like Pacquiao, but I don't think you should really expect that much with him considering he doesn't even speak English THAT well. I've just heard him continuously say, "I'm not God," when someone tries to boast him up, and, "Thank you God." When people ask him about his success, chin, or power.

    Also, he asked for one example, and that was one I can remember off the top of my head. I can put down more but I'm currently at the gym and don't have time. 😉 You can look it up though. You'll just have to take time to watch the interviews leading up to the fight. This is kind of petty too. Lol I don't need to prove anything about him. Also, do what you please, but I'd be careful with your degrading comments. I'm sure you'll find people on here who are religious in some sort since it consist about 90% of the worlds population.
