You make xero sense. What does GBP wanting more time to promote GGG-Canelo to maximize profits have anything to do with hypocrisy, you're a dumb muther****er lol.
Canelo lied about his weight? Oh dearme,, please post proof or STFU you spazz. lol
And what's so wrong about wanting to acclimate to MW before facing the top guy in that division? FFS, GGG wanted a CW of 164.

You kid are a dumbass and a hypocrite.

No **** Sherlock, of course they have too. One would assume that a fight between a challenger and a champion in the champions division would be for the titles. What the ****? And you've watched boxing for how long?

Answer me this spazz, How many times have you seen a CW fight within the champions division NOT be for the champion's titles?

Serious question.... Canelo was claiming to be WBC & Ring/lineal middleweight champ Right ???
At the same time he was claiming he wasn't a middleweight boxer Right ??
    Isnt that rather hypocritical ???
OK I know its all Oscar protecting his cash cow Canelo proved to me he;s
a fighter He did well against GGG not well enough to win but enough to earn a close loss & earn my resoect

OMG, I know you're well into your 50's, but you sure as hell think like a child. It's not a very complicated matter.

The Canelo-Cotto fight had been anticipated and talked about since at least 2012 but Cotto flat out said no.
Finally after fans practically begging for the fight Cotto agrees to fight Canelo at Cotto's requested CW of 155.
When Canelo beat Cotto he became the WBC, Ring, and Lineal MW champion. He deservedly took a soft touch against very popular Amir Khan. He is then FORCED by the WBC (who all of a sudden want to enforce rules despite not enforcing them for YEARS) , so just like Cotto, Canelo dumps the WBC trash title in the garbage where it belonged at the time.
Canelo challenges GGG for a NON-Title fight at 155, the highest weight Canelo had ever fought.
GGG refused, so Canelo said **** it and fought him at 160 either way.

    Why does that confuse you?

Isal I agree with almost all of that except the part about being FORCED. After Canelo beat Cotto, talks then started with GGG/K2 as they were the mandatory. All sides: WBC/Canelo/GGG all agreed (in writing I believe) that each side would get one interim fight and then the mandatory would be enforced. Canelo KNEW after the Khan fight he would be facing GGG or stripped. GGG would be happy to let it go to a purse bid as it meant a higher split and there would be no weight restrictions.

yawn... go be a pest to someone else. The only thing that is a fact here is, sanchez never ONCE said a fight at 164 would have to be for the titles. You can pretend to know exactly what would happen, but the facts are there. You don't get to interject your own Bs to someone else's words.

OMG you get dumber by the year. LOL

First off, you're the one responding to me, yet you're telling me to go pest someone else? lol,, Projecting again?

Secondly, if a challenger is fighting the Champion within the Champion's weight limit, there is NO reason to assume it would be a Non-title fight, UNLESS otherwise specified. You one dumb****.

there are such things as non-title fights brainiac. Now, would HBO or SHO want it to be? Sure, they love to show title fights over regular bouts. But...like I repeated to your simple jackness, Sanchez never said it had to be for a title. And you cannot change that ASSOL...

OMG your stupid. He never said it wasn't for the titles. If a challenger challenges a champion for a fight within the champions weight division limit, ODDS are that it will be for the titles. Its just the way boxing is doofus. What your dumbass is saying would make sense if Ward had challenged GGG for a fight at 161+, then it would be ridiculous to suggest the MW titles be on the line.

    Gawd your slow.

BUT!! What was wrong with Canelo coming in at 155 & GGG coming
in at 160 for the title. No law against that is there ?

You can repeat yourself all you want. We knows the facts...Sanchez never once said 164 for titles. You can try o "logic" it into garbage about they would be, or could be, but that'a neither here nor there. What i was going on, is what the person ACTUALLY said. You're just filling in your own blanks and just going by assumption. World doesn't work that ASSOL.

No, you are completely wrong again, as usual.

I'm using the rules for boxing to come to my conclusion that the fight would have been a Title fight.

If a champion is fighting within his weightclass, of course the fight will be for the titles the champion holds in that weightclass.

I can give you several of examples of fights being fought at CWs within the division weight limit where they were for the titles, because that is the NORM. If you can produce some examples where a fight between a champion and a challenger took place within the champions weightcalss but it wasn't a title fight because it was at a CW I will concede that stance credible.
