Is GGG Fighting in May?

I’m a GGG fan but probably not.

He wants one more payday against Canelo then retire

 

Im thinking theres news coming in the next couple of days. Pretty much everyone involved will be in LA the next 2 days for the Canelo/Jacobs and Rungvisai/Estrada press conferences.

Could be that the Gassiev signing announcement ties in, with his close ties to Golovkin and Abel, appearing on the same card maybe.

There doesnt seem much in the way of an opponent available though.

Andrade's fighting June 22nd in Providence. Golovkin isnt going to be fighting there, and seems a bit too late in the year for either to fight Canelo in September.

Yeah, needs to make his mind up soon. I think Hearn said on IFL a while back that the 25th would be Golovkins DAZN date if he signed.

I was really hoping for an announcement in January, I'd love to see GGG at least 2 or 3 times this year. Hopefully he has been training and is in decent shape still.
