    You're going to be waiting awhile. Don't mistake his conscious choice to go easy on defense once he decides his opponent can't hurt him as a lack of capability against someone whose power he respects.

    GGG has been dropped hard sparring.... by a bodyshot.

    Just watch the Adama fight on youtube...Adama's slow ass was able to land CLEAN right LEADS....why??.....Because he was working ggg's ribs.

    When Reese was bouncing punches off Broner's head guys didn't say he took those shots because he made a conscious choice...they said his defense is ****.



    Defense is not a skill that can be turned on and off like a light switch.:deal

    NOBODY decides to get hit.

    A running back that doesn't tuck the ball will get stripped...a fighter that poses and pulls back with his hands down will get KTFO

    ggg does not bring his punches back.:deal

    He can get away with it against lesser comp but as the level increases his liabilities will come into play.

    Pavlik was fighting at a higher level of comp.
    Kelly would be in jail for killing most of the guys on Golovkin's resume.

    Where was ggg back then?

    He's older than most of the guy that were around during Pavlik's reign.

    Maybe too many amateur fights.

    At least Pavlik threw straight punches and fought reigning Champions...plus he was a YOUNG Champion.

    I cringe just thinking about what Pavlik would do to Adama or Geal.
